Zeron Nico was great . The interior designer Pennie help and advice us on deciding whats best for the house design. She made some design option for us to choose and from there we fine tune all the detailing to our needs.
The price we pay for her service is worth it. She is quite flexible on the process of renovating the house . Just make sure if you have anything in doubt or question just ask. This is my first house with major renovation so i'm quite worry about it.
We have set a budget on this and the final price is still in the budget but please put aside 10-20% on standby for any extra work to be done.
Timing wise is good i think. For me from the 1st day to complete renovation is about 9 months. We could have done it in 6 months but due to the construction/contractor is busy so we only able to make it after the 2018 Chinese New Year. The whole renovation/construction work actually just takes about 1 month . But some other small job such as painting and curtains and furniture and aircond I choose to do it myself and that makes it longer to complete
My advice on people who are new to renovation is please don't push for 3D drawing all the time because designer will use a lot time on this and when you change it it will waste of everybody's time.
Zeron Nico at the initial stage will use hand sketch on the design and after agree confirmation of contracts by paying the designer they will make the 3D.
My experience with 3D is not all from 3D will looks the same with the real. There is so much small detailing in real world that will affect the final result.
I would like to thanks Zeron Nico Studio for their effort, they did a very well job me. They very good in follow and very flexible for me to make any changes during our discussion. They charges also reasonable for you. I will recommend her to my friends and family.
The process of looking for a suitable interior designer for us was very tiring and involved repetition of giving out information and conveying what the client really needs over and over again.
Having gone through the process with many interior designer we managed to appoint Zeron Nico Studio after one meeting session.
Zeron Nico Studio able to understand and advise on the design concept that me and my wife really wanted on first visit which was not template based but custom based according to our concept. We are happy with her interior design.
Zeron Nico Studio done a great job with designs. I had 2 of my outlets designed by her in the last 2 years. I was sceptical initially but when the design came out, it was up to my expectation and the charges are reasonable. Not only she will patiently awaits my suggestions for any changes but she also gave her views on the design and tried to keep the cost low. Will definitely engage her service for my next outlet and recommend her to anyone seeking for design work.
Zeron Nico Studio forgot the appointment time with me. Supposed to meet up on 19th Feb 1:30pm but she remembered wrongly and asked her contractor to come at 12:30pm instead. My property was unoccupied so no one entertain her contractor. (By the way, only her contractor came, she wasn't there even though she's the PIC and the one who did the site visit to my property a week ago.)
Called me 10 times while I was out of town and working and unable to pick up her call. After about 30-45 minutes, I took the courtesy to call her back (we all know roaming call is expensive, but I returned her call anyway). She told me appointment was 12:30pm but I told her that wasn't true because her email stated clearly to be 1:30pm. She said she sent me 'message' to change to 12:30pm. I checked our sms conversation but no such thing. I told her about it but I think she didn't really bother much about it.
Anyway, Pennie gave me an impression that she emphasize more on appearance of the renovation, instead of staying within the renovation budget of customer. Of course, she is an ID but she approached me even though my 'advert' in Recomn did not mention that I need an ID. Nevertheless, I gave her a try but did not have any good impression especially when she cannot remember the appointment timing.
So on 19th Feb I sms her telling that I will find somebody else to quote me.
And below is what she replied me in sms.
"Lew if u cant give another chance thx for ur informed. Nvm. No 1 is perfect too. I ll do better. Btw i ll get some Clients who more concern about design n lifestyle. Actually u r not my first class client too. I sincerely trying to help u even i met u that day i have a suddenly headaches while discussion. Ppl who not appreciate, no generous heart. Not my type of client choice. U r welcome"
I'm just stating the facts.
I don't want to put in too much opinion or even judge her.
People who are reading this review, you don't have to believe what I said.
You can find out the truth by appointing her. Give her a try. Simple as that.

If you are unwilling to give her the key, then u need to arrange someone to open the door for her. I arranged someone to do so but too bad she couldn't remember the timing. Just some heads up for whoever reading this and thinking to appoint her. Again, just stating the facts.
