Agreed upon time of appointment to start was 10.30am-11am. They only arrived at 11.40am. They were responsive to texts but I had to ask them to update their ETA. Work done (Aircond chemical clean) however was good. Fast, efficient, clean. Only negative was the lack of punctuality.

They provided good and fast service. Two people came and got everything done in less than 15 minutes. The air conditioner is working fine at such a fast pace. I will monitor it closely again.

Could get service on time & quick on the same day for a small but tricky leak issue due do clogged concealed drainage

Chemical wash of 4 air cons. Use water jets, no removal of the indoor units. There are pros and cons to this approach but overall, I am happy with the job done.

They managed to cleaned all my AC units at home, and returned to fixed the leaking problem without any charges. Do accept my credits to BC Air-conditioning service.
