The job is done perfectly. The only set back is the work from three days, took six days to deliver back to me. Other than that, i have no complaint

The first team fixed my washing machine but it leaked water the next day. They provide months warranty for their repairs. I called the nunver given and service was professional and prompt. On the same day, a different team came and got things fixed.

I requested to repair my fridge as it needs welding and refrigerant gas filling. I booked online for the service to be executed on the same day, but the technician came to pick up the fridge the day after. we clearly stated that the fridge needs welding and gas refilling and were told that the company will send the quotation to us. The fridge was shipped, several days went by without sending the quotation, until I called myself to see why the delay. Then an employee sent me a whatsapp message "not an official quotation" claiming that the repair would cost 380 RM!!!! I could buy a new fridge with that amount of money. That is an over valued service for just welding and refilling.
so I asked for a discount, and I was told that this is already a reduced value. so my response was to keep the fridge, if it costs that much to repair, then I will not take it back. so then they asked for 75RM for checking on the fridge, I told her that i already knew what was wrong with the fridge and already informed the technician, so why do I pay the technician for checking on it if I have already told him what is wrong with it.
so that's when the employee told me okay i called the technician and the value can be reduced to 350RM!!! I kept my mind that i will not take it back and I will not pay for an overvalued service. so they call the next day telling me that the value was reduced to 300!
Is this acceptable? I don't think so.
I agree to the new price, despite the fact that it is very very expensive and over-priced. But the problem is there is a MCO and I cannot buy a new fridge and I already have already sent it to be fixed for a week now.
The technician delivers the fridge on the agreed time, but to my surprise, some areas were not welded properly and the gas can still be smelled, and up until this moment the fridge isn't properly functioning.
I wait a few days, giving a chance for the fridge to work and for me to notice if any other problems occur, then I text the company. I text the same number that they sent the quotation on, telling them that there was something wrong with the fridge and they don't reply.
I call them and they don't pick up. eventually, they call me asking how do I evaluate their service and when I tell them what service the fridge is still not functioning well, they insist on me evaluating their service out of 10. So I say 2, that's when the employee says thank you then immediately hangs up!!!!!
What kind of service is this!!!!!!!!

best thing was the follow up they did, very good.. happy so far. fridge is cold as i wanted it. cause i have not so common brand but they work it out just fine.good job
