Overall everything was going well. They did the work very well and all of the places were cleaned well. However we had a misunderstanding on service and cleaning time. Nevertheless, everythinh was resolved well

Despite coming an hour late, they made up for the time and cleaned thoroughly. Apparently 4 hours was not enough for the whole house. Will certainly recommend this provider for house cleanup services in the future.

1 male cleaner was talking on his phone for 1.5 hours while cleaning the house. Toilets that this cleaner worked on were not done well.

2 male came and clean my house. After 3 hours of cleaning, my wife came back and immediately felt the floor was sticky and with dust. all our cabinet, table and cupboard still full with dust and unclean. We then realized that the cleaners use the clothes to wipe the whole house without constantly using clean water to brush through it. Also the water to mop the floor was so dirty and they kept using the same water to mop the whole house which cause it so dirty. I need to spent another 1 hour to clean back the house. I don't really appreciate the cleaning qualtity. Sorry, but this is just my honest feedback.

I hired them for post reno cleaning and they sent two men in a team to clean my 3rooms 2 bathrooms (1140sqft). The men are punctual and accomodating, did a good job in sequencing the cleaning area because I have ikea furnitures in boxes in my rooms. Overall they are good in normal cleaning instead of post reno cleaning, because I need to inform them to wipe dust from my eyeball lights too. The switches and doors left a bit of dust marks due to multiple use on the same wiping clothes. Could have been better with better cleaning tools such as higher power vacuum, more spare cleaning cloths and bigger mops for efficient cleaning. Added an hour for cleaning but all good. Thank you for cleaning my new spaces! :)

Their service is excellent and they helped me to clear the paint staints left by the renovation contractor. Bravo!

the staff are unprofessional need me to teach how to clean more efficiently, and the stuff don’t have any ID It was difficult for me to get them in from the security side , not satisfied with their service
