First appointment set at 2PM, but the contractor message at 2:40PM informed will be late.

On the service request, I've informed below unit noticed leak originating from the slab of the upper unit (my unit). In addition, management mentioned the urgency and the rapid flow of water, it appears that the issue is stemming from the piping of the water supply in the upper unit rather than the slab.

Next, on the day of inspection the contractor didn't ask for location of leaking on below unit and didn't check the below unit. After inspection, he conclude it's due to hole between tiles allow water penetrate through slab cause water seepage on ceiling of below unit. He recommended to perform epoxy waterproofing on entire bathroom at charges of RM 1500.

It's absolutely wrong, the location of leaking was not under the hole between tiles. After 3 days of investigate, the other contractor informed the actual root cause was piping leakage. As such, this contractor is not professional.
