I booked SoCool to dismantle two air-cond units and to re-install one of them in a different location. They were 40 minutes late, and did not give any courtesy call to inform me that they will be late. Overall, job done was satisfactory, however the joint of cover of the air-cond that needed to be re-installed was damaged in the process. SoCool's customer care rep. Ain is working on it to have it replaced. I must say that the best thing about SoCool is Ain - quick to respond, and quick to assist. She did an amazing job. I would rate this vendor 5 stars if not for the tardiness and damage to air-cond cover.

The issue was resolved, but I would appreciate it if the professional call me at least an hour before he arrived. Was quite shaky initially and advised us to change an entire set of LED which was not necessary, as one of our company's staff has a little knowledge to wiring and he could assist with the professional in diagnosing where the problem is coming from.

Kudos to the professional for taking the feedback and fixed our light after further checking that we actually do not need to change an entire set of LEDs.

Not satisfied with the positioning of the water heater; it was right underneath the water source. And the shower head was placed too close to the toilet bowl.
