Bad.. doesn’t listen.. but charged

On top of rm250 already paid, the want to charge additional rm150 for certain things. After nego, we agreed to rm40 for cabling.

Quality work no good, Even pvc casing not included.

They have to come second time to complete the job second time they braught a experience to complete the job earlier the guy say no additional charges but after speaking to the manager said have welding charges . Time management first time they late couldn’t complete the job timely I have to take 2 days off

My first ever Aircond Service finish on time...and punctual...

Fast response, they completed job effectively.

Used USG for the 2nd time and got totally ripped off.

Gave wrong diagnostic for ceiling unit and charged RM50 for nothing done.

Wall unit was spitting water, got them to take a look at it again (2nd time) and was charged RM100 and unit was still spitting water.

Totally unprofessional.

Great service. I order on Thursday evening, they came on Friday morning, resolved issue by Friday noon. Aircon super cold now! And love Recommend Pay, got credit card points too!
