Very good service with minor problem (broken air cond parts) but able to rectify. Excellent service. Will definitely call them back for next service.

The good thing is that they are punctual and the service is good.
However, the pricing part was not explained clear enough. They charged RM70 for gas refill for 1 air cond. As per telephone conversation earlier, the refill of gas should be only RM40, unless I request to use different type of gas where I didn't. Also, they told me the chemical cleaning is RM70, but turned out to be RM90. They should provide clear cost structure before starting the work.

Not the cheapest in the market but is experience which i really appreciate. He was the only provider to warn me about installing aircon at a certain location which could have caused damage to my plaster ceiling.

Overall, pleased with their service and advise. Will definitely engage them again.

One thing though, they were 1 hour late but hey it's KL traffic.

Trusted majority's positive feedback and engaged them for AC servicing. Agreed at RM45 p/unit regardless of how many unit, but went back on their words and charged RM60 p/unit. What was worse was not only are they incapable of solving one of the units, but turned the original OK unit to unusable, and ask us to call Mitusbishi to complain, and still have the cheek to still charge us! This review is forthright from a homeowner myself, engage them at your own peril, but following majority at times doesn't mean they're as good as it claimed. I seek Moderator to act and resolve this.

Weng Cool responded to my initial inquiry within 24 hours. They were very professional on the phone. The technicians arrived on time (very much appreciated!).

I notice they were very careful in their work, eg, when they handled the air cond unit covers, also my house didn't look like a dust bomb exploded in it. In fact they wiped up some of the water droplets on the timber floor. Again, much appreciated. Considering they cleaned and serviced 7 units of air cond, including 3 ceiling units, there wasn't too much cleaning of the floors after they left.

They are not cheap, but they seemed very professional so I'm a happy bunny. I would use them again.

The technician to came to service the aircon unit was very clear about the cost and what he was doing from the outset, which I appreciated. Would use the service again.

I've used Weng Cool twice now in my condo air-con service. They were really professional - turned up on time, ensured they have the right equipment and manpower, told me whether each unit was OK, reminded me to test the air-con before they left, and billed me at RM45 (RM 5 cheaper than their competitors)...so I would definitely recommend them to family and friends!

The good: Can manage some English.
The bad: Didn't provide a full load of gas. This happened consistently over a few visits, verified by another service provider a week after their last visit. They also damaged one of my units.
