We were lucky to have a few days of good sunshine to ensure proper curing of the waterproofing was done.
What lead me to choose this contractor was because of their quote details. They were able to provide detailed quote on process and even provided material MSDS sheets of the materials to be used, with the addition of visual aid of their past projects that they have done. This gave us the confidence to appoint them. We even ask for different suggestions but there were able to provide clear pros and cons on different types of waterproofing methods. We were able to also come up with some suggestion mitigate some problems as well.
Price is reasonable and they are also willing to negotiate. I would Recommend to give them at least a chance to provide quote for an informed decision and comparison. :) I actually started with a few jobs first, and when i saw some results i proceeded to expand the work scope, they were kind enough to make time and include them as well. Overall quote satisfied with their work and warranty was included as well.

Newtech is a trustable contractor who advises and delivers the job promised. They did the waterproofing for for slab and roof tiles, till now it is still strong

The quotation given was affordable and on the day of painting, the workers arrived earlier than scheduled and completed much earlier than informed. Happy with the results as there are no more leakages at the repaired areas.
