a bit pricey but they are good

Overall they managed to get the plumbing job done. The quality of the job was acceptable. However, in terms of pricing, they should have a set price for each type of work done so that it is clear for the customer. (Eg: installation of hand bidet, bathroom accessories, etc.) It seems that they didn't know how to quote the job with a proper breakdown. Other than that, it's all good.

They was definitely on time. The actual job took around 15mins but the entire duration is about 2hours. They came at 9:30am, discuss among themselves for 30 mins, went out to buy parts for an hour, came back around 11:19am and completed by 11:30am. The price is double the usual plumber that I called. They told me it’s difficult but the job took only 15mins. They are friendly though but friendliness is an added value, not part of the price I’m paying for. I set my budget for rm200, they counter with rm500. I haggled till Rm400 which I paid in the end, for 15mins job, about 30cm pipe replacement due to leakage. They did their job nevertheless.

initial was hesitate after receiving the quotation and nearly want to cancel. But for this job they are responsible and get thing done and solve my problem. Only minor drawback they can’t communicate well in English and need to talk to them in broken Malay.

The service is excellent and tip top. They were very punctual and proud of their work. Highly recommended

They were on time. But I did give them videos of the problem so by right by reviewing the videos, they could tell what the problem was and come prepared with the spare parts.

So they came, took a look and had to go out and buy spare parts. They came at 10am, left at 11am to buy spare parts. They only came back at 12.15pm. Whilst fixing, they found out they needed an extra gasket, So out they went again, came back 3.30pm.

Took them some time to ensure there was no leakage.... I really am not sure was it because of lack of experience or lack in skill, but that's my saga of a toilet bowl leakage.
