Reminder to self and others to properly check TnC.Despite having a quotation with specific job description and on-site visit, one can still be misled. Advisable to check portfolio on the types of skills the main guys can do. The network of these companies are vast and you will want to be sure of who turns up on the day to do what. Ensure cleanliness and safety aspects of workers and assets covered in quote. Check where company is based (attempt to find Pro within 40km radius) to avoid lengthy discussion on who covers transport of workers, food and lodging.Hope helpful to all.
