I specifically told them the issue I was facing, even sent a video and photo beforehand. I asked whether they can do it or not, and they confidently said it can be done. Turns out, they suggest to just change the whole tap cause of a broken part. Which can already be seen in the video i sent. I didn't want to proceed with changing the tap, and they charged me RM80 for technically nothing. RM40 for the inconvenience of coming all the way would've been fine. RM80 is definitely melampau
